rcep生效以來(lái)，2022年前10個(gè)月中國(guó)對(duì)rcep其他14個(gè)成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口增長(zhǎng)8.4%。1-10月江蘇省rcep簽證出口貨值419.98億元，居全國(guó)首位，企業(yè)享惠進(jìn)口rcep貨值105.7億元，享受關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠1.86億元；前三季度海南省與rcep成員國(guó)貨物進(jìn)出口額514.4億元，同比增長(zhǎng)24.2%。
各國(guó)recp減稅清單和減稅幅度都不同，那些rcep原產(chǎn)貨物出口享受的進(jìn)口目的國(guó)減稅幅度最大呢。附表列出了部分2022年減稅15%以上的貨物清單。泰國(guó)，印尼，越南，菲律賓的減稅幅度較大。韓國(guó)，日本，澳大利亞，新西蘭等國(guó)家的減稅幅度較小。
